Kardashian eats a fairly healthy diet. Although she’s not vegan or plant-based like her little sister, Kim, she still enjoys vegan options once in a while. She recently posted this photo of herself enjoying a plant-based burger and vegan fries from a restaurant on her Instagram Story. She captioned the photo, “Vegan.”
Kardashian tells Byrdie that one of her ways to lose weight and prevent overeating is to stay hydrated. “Whenever I notice I feel bloated or need to step up [my body] or something like that, it’s always because I don’t drink enough water,” she says. “When I increase the water, I instantly lose about two pounds in a day. Half the time when you’re hungry, you’re really thirsty,” she explains. “I mean, I eat constantly throughout the day, so I’m not saying don’t eat and drink water, but I notice I’m eating less just because I’m so full of water. .”
One of the ways Kardashian likes to stay in shape is by doing Pilates. And not just any type of Pilates. According to this video she posted on Instagram, Kardashian likes to do reformer Pilates, and she is seen hanging upside down doing arm exercises. During her workout, Kardashian was joined by her friend and Poosh co-founder Sarah Howard. Kardashian captioned the post, “Breathing, birds and leaning.”
Kardashian revealed in a post on Poosh, that she likes to follow the Keto diet to stay healthy. She says her doctor recommended she try this, after some test results came back. “[My doctor] tested my muscles and found that I had high levels of mercury and lead in my system… My body has never looked better than when I went on the Keto diet two and a half years ago when I did for two months [and] In my experience, this is the best way to train my body to curb sugar cravings, burn fat, and jump-start weight loss.”
Kardashian revealed on Poop that she is a fan of collagen, especially by drinking it. She said in an article that she liked to mix the collagen powder with water in the morning and saw many differences. “Collagen helps me feel full and balances insulin levels, which can help stave off sugar crashes,” she wrote. “It also helps my body recover faster from my intense workouts by supporting my bones and joints.”
