The next wave of luxury lakeside living is here – and it’s only a stone’s throw from town. Just over an hour from Dallas, Bois d’Arc lake is the first zoned reservoir in Texas of this size built in nearly 50 years. Now the idyllic waters are set for a pioneering developer to transform the North Texas lakeside market.
